Has anyone experienced a burning sensation in or around their abdominal stretch mark

I am 5 days post-op and have been experiencing a tense burning sensation on one of my stretch marks. It feels like it has been burned, even becoming hot to the touch. The only reason I am taking pain pills is because of that one area.
