I have a NUMB BUM!

I know this may sound silly but ever since surgery my @ss has been, well a pain in the back side. I am 2 months out from surgery and I still experience numbness and pain in my rear when I sit in the same position for even a short while. I had some serious complications from surgery and had to sleep in a recliner for the past few months and I was unable to exercise. Recently I have been more active and sleeping on my side or tummy at night, but nothing seems to help. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated, thanks so much.
