Anyone know anything about Carb Solutions?

I went shopping today in preparation for when I get out of the hospotal. I found Carb Solutions High Protein Drink. It comes in 9.5 fl. oz. bottles and has 200 cal. 12 g fat; 7 sat; 45 mg cholesterol; 140 mg sodium; 20 mg potassium; 4 g carb; 2 g fiber; 1 g sugar; 20 g protein. Plus lots of other vitamins and minerals. Does this sound okay? Or is it too many calories and fat? I didn't notice that part until I got home with it. I was just looking at carb and sugar. Shopping today sure was different.... Five more days and a wake up! Trying to get prepared. Thanks for your input. Pam
