does anyone know of a doctor who will accept a payment arrangment?

Ok I know this question has been asked several times but alll the post I seen were very old. I have insurance but there is an exclusion. I am in desperate need for any information on any kind of payment arrangments or any thing else that could be of any help. Thank you very much. God bless everyone and good luck.
