Has anyone had lipsuction after wls?

Has anyone had lipo after wls. I seem to remember reading that Roseanne Barr had some after her wls. Principally, I'm interested in lipo to remove some of the fat in my butt. No matter how much weight I lose and no matter how much I exersize, I can't lose in that area! Have any of you ladies opted for lipo???????
