More info. on law making it illegal to NOT cover surgery in Indiana?

I have read and heard that there is a law now in effect in Indiana that makes it illegal for insurance companies to deny payment for WLS. Is this true, what are the details, and how can I find more infomation on this issue? I would like to have it ready to show my insurance company.
