What could pain directly under the breastbone signify?

I am 2 years post-op. I have stopped losing and am down only 80 lbs. from 302. For the past few weeks, I occasionally have pain in the area directly under where the bottom of the ribcage meets (breastbone?), right after I eat. Any ideas what may be causing this? Thanks, Eileen
