How to get rid of cottage cheese thighs?

I'm 11 weeks out and my weight loss is going pretty well. I work out with weight machines several times per week, as well as attend water aerobics class 2 to 3 times per week. I've gone from a size 22 to a 16, so I'm pretty happy so far. BUT . . . I've noticed that my thighs and even my arms now seem to show more cellulite than when I was heavier. Almost like the fat puffed it up so it wasn't so bad before. Now it looks terrible -- I even have some on the calves of my legs. How does the cellulite go away? Does it just disappear one day in the future? How can I get rid of it? How did you other posties get rid of yours? Will I have to resort to liposuction? Thanks for your help!
