vocational rehab. in the state of kansas

does anyone out there know if kansas has this type of program available? I am not considered low enough income to qualify for medicaid ins. (my children are). and from the looks of the website about ks. voc. rehab. , it looks like it is administered by srs(welfare dept.)and I am wondering if the same income requirements apply. (my husb. works , i work only 4 hr.s a week , can't work any more then that due to weight . thanks for any info. or advice.
