What happens if your BMI goes below 40?
A supervised diet was not part of my insurance process (I was denied), but I've always wondered, what if you do the diet and it gets you below 40 BMI? Are you then considered cured of MO and disqualified? Or what it you do the diet and don't lose much. Are you then denied because you're seen as non-compliant or something? Those damned insurance companies are so untrustworthy, they'd use ANY excuse to avoid paying!
