How will go to the bathroom after I have thigh and butt lift?

I am going to be having an outer thigh and butt lift/skin removal performed in a couple of weeks. I was wondering how in the world will I go to the bathroom, and how will I sleep? I hope some of you can give me some advice. Thanks in advance.
