How much weight can you lose with proximal bypass?

I understand that weight loss is greater with a distal bypass. However, the weight loss center where I would have to go does only proximal RNY. I'd hate to have the procedure only to lose a little weight...I want to lose 165-180 pounds!! Has anyone had a proximal RNY and lost a great deal of weight and what is your present weight?
