Has anyone had WLS and other surgery at same time by different Dr.'s

I found a surgeon who will do WLS but won't do a Tubal Ligation but will allow another surgeon to come in before or after him to do the Tubal. Has anyone had this done? Combining surgeries using more than one Surgeon?
