Not seem to be eating enough to lose...
anymore weight.I am 7 months out, RNY. started out @ 328, down to 225. I told the doc I was getting in about 600-700 cals a day. He said needed at least 1000-1,100. I do the water, I walk 2 miles(brisk) almost everyday. I upped my protein drink to 3 a day instead of 2, so I am getting at least 80 grams of protein just from the shakes alone.I have been trying to get more cals. in the past 5 days.My protein shakes are about 150 cals. each.Should I changed my protein drink?? I still do meats at mealtime.Scale is still stuck, so frustrated at this time. Seems the harder I excercise, I still do not lose.I don't eat till I am "full" just satisfied. I guess I am afraid to eat too much. Anybody go through this? Seemed like I could eat more at five months!! Thanks...
