who will do a psych eval in Jacksonville, FL

I need a local psychologist to do a psych eval quick. Surgery date is 4/18/02 & they just let me know yesterday. None of the psychologists here in Jacksonville, FL seem to know what I'm asking for. Has anyone got any suggestions for who I should contact to get to do this eval?
