The lady who deal with insurance company says my case is weak!

I have not had consistent health insurance for the past 10 years, only go to clinics when I am feeling ill, which is not often, have a "low" BMI (yeah, right!) of 42, and have not been on a doctor-supervised diet. I do have evidence of high cholesterol and high triglycerides from blood work I paid for myself. I did have my gallbladder out, and provided proof of that. That's all I have plus the packet from my surgeon. Does this mean that I won't be approved? I am feeling nothing but dread. Any words of encouragement? (My insurance company is Pacific Life & Annuity). Any suggestions are appreciated! Thanks!
