Does anyone know where gastric bypass surgeons receive training in southern states?

I cannot afford the surgery (20,000-30,000) I am a single mom with 2 babies and no support from my ex husband:(Insurance denied and my local voc. rehab. is very ugly to me! They make me feel like nothing and also tell me it will be months before they have money to help me--and even then not sure if i will be one of the ones they select.??? I have heard of some people going to (surgeons in training) for cosmetic reasons) and saving thousands! please help! thank you
