does Jenny Craig count as a medically supervised diet???????

My health insurance co. requires now a medically supervised diet for 12 months. Would Jenny Craig be considered a supervised diet??? I was on it for 10 months. I don't like to take diet pills because they make my heart fluttler and pound alot.So I am wondering if Jenny Craig is enough for the criteria. Thanks
