Has anyone had nausea after having the drain tube removed? (1)

I'm 18 days postop from an open RNY. Today I had my drain tube removed by my surgeon. I have been nauseated ever since. This is the first nausea I've had since the surgery! In fact I went back to work today, after leaving the suregeon's office. Has anyone had this problem? I've gotten down water and some broth but can't imagine consuming anything else. Any advice would be appreciated. blessings, Ann
