Are there any Foundations that help pay for Gastric Bypass Surgery?

I am 5'4", 350+lbs, severely depressed with medical problems due to my weight. I am unemployed, on title19 (medicaid) They refuse to pay for this type of surgery because they consider it to be cosmetic, even if there is a health issue.
