Anyone heard of an endocinch?

Hi, I have the dreaded stretched stoma and after 4 years of searching for a remedy, and having several bariatric surgeons (including the one who did the original surgery 8 years ago) tell me "nothing can be done" I found a bariatric surgeon who wants to do an endocinch. This procedure basically goes through an endoscopy tube and sews folds around the stoma. It was developed for acid reflux originally. Luckily for me my pouch is still intact and small. I am very hopeful that this will finally give me the proper tools to deal with this problem. any info would be appreciated...Thanks....Bill
