what is the current update on BCBS GA paying for tummy tuck/breast lift

Does anyone know if BCBS of GA pays for a tummy tuck and breast lift. I've heard they are getting strict on paying for any weight related surgerys. Also, does anyone know what the medical requirements would be. thanks
