Is the increase in water responsible for weight increase???
2 yrs PO and down 150lbs to 238.5-Just went off my cycle on Sunday/Monday an have started increasing my water intake and getting back on schedule with eating several small meals throughout the day and drinking water-I beleive i am getting around 80oz right now and going for more-Is that the reason the scale shows me today at 245!!!! Even on my cycle the scale only went up to 241 but my jeans feel tighter and my face looks bloated-Am I still holding the weight from my cycle and it just hasn't dropped yet-I know it didn't put on all this weigh in the past few days-Should I take a water pill
