anyone have major stomach cramping ?

I am 6 months post op and have lost 63 pounds . I have done great until this week . And I am having terrible stomach cramps. They are right in the middle of my rib cage dead center . Eating or drinking does not affect the pain . It just burns and cramps . Anyone have this problem or know what can cause it ?? Thanks
