Can you claim plastic surgery as a tax deduction?

If so, how do you go about it and what documentation do you need. I'm planning on financing the surgery with a cosmetic plan loan. Can you deduct the total loan amt that year or can you only deduct amt of payments/interest paid each year. My surgeries will be self pay and anything that would help out would be great
