How can I stop losing weight
I can not believe I am asking this but in 14 months I have went from a size 24 to a size 2. I am eating more but I am still losing. I am doing water arobic exercises with weights only to tone and for bone density. I am 52 years old and this much weight loss is not looking good. I am drinking protein shakes about 4 times a week. I dump on anything with over 12 grams of sugar and I can not tolerate milk or anything with fat. Please help I don't want to gain my weight back but I have to stop losing! Sherry
