Anyone recently diagnosed with Neuropathy or Updates on others

I have been reading in the library and see where people were diagnosed with Neuropathy, but most of the stuff is older and I'm curious as to the status of those people now. Do they still have neuropathy and is it better or worse? I've just recently been diagnosed with vitamin deficient neuropathy and am wondering how likely I am to recover the feeling back into my legs. I was very sick and you can read about it in my profile, but I went almost a month without eating (not because I wanted to NOT eat) and couldn't take any vitamin supplements because I couldn't eat. So, here I am, 3 trips to the hospital and over a month off work (longer than for the original surgery)and I cannot feel anything from the top of my chest down.
