Has anyone been to Tijuana to have a tummy tuck or arm lift?

I'm considering it because I've heard it's a lot cheaper. I've looked at sites on line and the surgeons seem credible but I'm still a little nervous about going out of the country. Does anyone know the actual price difference? Is it worth it? Any referrels for a surgen in TJ?
