I ate one choc. chip cookie and in the mornning was in PAIN!!!

I woke up with severe back pain so bad i had to crawl to the hotel elevator-standing up was virtually impossible I fell to my knees in front of the vending machine and started throwing up clear liquids and then my stomach cramped up this went on for about 30 mins. I crawled back to my hotel room and barely could talk the pain was so intense I felt like I couldn;t breathe I think i was hyerventilating because I was scared. I finally made it back to my hotel room and took 3 Aleve and sat in a warm tub for 20 mins got out and fell asleep-I woke up feeling fine and feel fine right now-But i'm really scared-This has happened alot where I wake up with intense bouts of back pain but have not had an episode of this in some months however this time it was the worst. Was this dumping? What is going on with me? I see my primary doc on Friday-I have told her about the back pain be4 and they did xrays which came out fine-they gave me some prescrip meds for the pain but have not needed them in months-Why is this happening-Was it the cookie??? I am almost 13 mos post op and down about 151 lbs to 227w/out clothes on at 5'6-I'm scared any advice
