Has ayone ever used CARE ENTREE or PEOPLES HEALTH PLAN to help pay for your surgery?

I have been researching Mesical discount savings plans, Care Entree and Peoples Health plan, Pre existing Conditions exepted no pre determination and you save 60- 80% on the cost of your surgery. If anyone knows anything about this please let me know. Thanks Autumn Pratt
