How much skin is 375 gms?

Although I've been told by several doctor's that I should qualify for a breast reduction, my insurance requires for at least 375 gms of skin for removal/reduction to be covered. Can anyone out there tell me how much this amounts to in terms of inches (I never have been very good at re-calculation's)? - Just for my own curiousity? Thanks!!
