I am 3 days post op, came home today have no weight loss possibly a gain.,

I have no pain or pain pills that I take, they took away my blood pressure because it was so low before and after surgery. I thought I would have some weight loss when I came home. I drink 8 glasses of water and no more than 3/4 cup of full liquids. Is this normal?
