ARE CENTRUM VITAMINS OKAY, DO THEY DISSOLVE??

I was taking the Centrum Chewables for adults but noticed that Centrum Performance Tablets have alot more vitamins and minerals. Are tablets okay to take, do they dissolve enough to be absorbed? Is there another brand better or are they pretty much the same? Thanks, Kelly*
