Anyone know of an WL surgeon in Oklahoma who accepts monthly payments?

I'm fuming mad!!! I have excellent credit and a good-paying job, but I can only get approved for a $10,000.00 unsecured loan for WLS without a co-applicant. Anyone know of a good bariatric surgeon in Oklahoma who will accept monthly payments after a down-payment? I'm desperate, but deter- mined! Many thanks!
