I need help getting approved for a TT through Medical Mutual insurane.

I went to aplastic surgeon and he sent a letter of necc. and sent pictures twice but both times they said to would be considered cosmetic. I am 15 months out and have lost 121 pounds, I have not lost anything for 5 1/2 months now I haven't gained but I haven't lost.
