I am almost 4 months out, and just this weekend began feeling

pain in the stomach and lower intestines. It feels like intense constipation or possible leak? Can anyone out there describe the feeling/pain they had if they've had a leak? I'm calling the doc this morning but thought I'd check with you all first. Thanks so much!
