Do they round up BMI 34.5 to 35?

My BMI for the last 4 years has been 40+, however 5 years ago it was 34.5. They are reviewing my paper work now. I'm so worried they won't count 34.5 as being 35. Oh, I also have sleep apnea, so a BMI of 35 qualifies. I was denied a year ago because of the 6 month diet rule. I did the diet and sent my papers in. Do you know if they round up 34.5 to 35?
