Can we have artificial crab meat?

I discovered artificial crab meat at the seafood counter at Wal-Mart today. Can we have it post-op? It tastes great and I actually do not mind eating it plain. I forgot to ask for any nutritional information while there. Can y'all help? (T-minus 4 days and counting)
