How long does it take Aetna to approve after 1st denial?

I have Aetna HMO, my PCP is a great help she is backing me all the way Dr. Bartolome, anyways the first referral denied, we resent proof that I had 6 months medically supervised program back to Aetna, with a letter from me as well as my Doctor. Has anyone gone through this? If so did you get approved and how long did the process take? Thanks Jeanne Oceanside, California
