What can I take to work?
I know this has been asked a million times but here is the millionth and one. What would be some ideas on good food or snacks to take to work? I sit in front of a computer all day and the tendency to snack creeps up on me. I got some detour bars, pb crackers, carrots and ff dressing, but I need some more ideas..especially for lunch so I am not tempted to hit the fast food places. Though we have a Wendy's just up the street and I can safely eat there. But I have hit a plateau for 2 weeks and I am so scared that this is it, I am through losing weight. Can ya'll help me? I am begging for some ideas! Thanks bunches!!!!
