Has anyone had a burning, ripping pain from the middle of incision to left ?

It only happens when I walk, stand, bend, etc. I can sit still and lay down with no pain but I can't roll on my left side. It started about three weeks and this is my 7th week. I have seen my doc twice for it and he thought it was the rib pain. He said if it doesn't go away by week eight he will do more. I have no idea what to do now. It went away last weekend for one day and then returned worse than it has ever been. Has anyone had this happen to them? Please let me know--I am also stalled in weight loss--no loss in the last three weeks and I follow the diet --can only eat 4 oz at a time--try to get all water in--but I can't workout or walk because of the pain.
