I have a question here about port wine cheese!
Hi everyone, I am 5 weeks post of from lap RNY...lately I've had a hard time keeping anything down. I just went back to work last night (midnight shift) and have been trying to find something that has protein in it that will be a good meal...Does anyone know if port wine cheese is ok to eat??? 2TBSP has 5 grams of protein and only 3 grams of sugar...I think if I eat anymore cottage cheese I am going to scream and I can't keep down chicken,pork or fish..which is making this even more interesting..Thanks is advance!
