Has anyone been approved for Plastic surgery with UHC POS

I am looking for a surgeon who takes UHC POS with a real good success rate at getting a tummy tuck and breast lift approved if I don't have a large apron. I know that some Dr.'s write it up as other things any help would be appreciated
