2yrs post-op can it be revised?

2yrs post-op open rny lost 60lb first 6mos now 300lb from orginal 350 would like to have surgery over again with different docotor,can this be done ?. insurance was not a problem the first time will it be the 2nd .the stomach was cut and a smaller pouch was formed can anyone please offer some advice or insight as to what I'm in for.
