Has anyone gone to Disney and had them honor your medical card for children/senior pr

How do you eat and what did you eat at Disney? I am about 3 months post-op and still finding out what works and what doesn't. Has anyone tried their cards for a cheeper rate at the "buffet" style eating. I to pay full price when I eat like a 2 year old! Otherwise I plan to share with my husband. Thanks.
