Anybody out there eat ostrich meat???I bought ostrich burgers...

today from the whole foods grocer two frozen ostrich burgers which are incredibly delicious and alot lower in fat than my frozen turkey burgers and taste better, now I gave up red meat in highschool, but these things are awesome, where can I find ground ostrich meat to make my own burgers etc, 110 cals, 1.5 grams of fat, and a whopping 23grs of protein-I'm sold on the ostrich. Can you get this from a butcher, or is this something I have to order online
