Is it 2 soon to add fruits,veggies,and whole grains 2 my diet
I am 2 months post-op, and I do not feel like I am eating like I should be, I focus mainly on protein at 8weeks out I am down 45lbs,I want to add fresh fruits,veggies,and whole grain to my diet-will this hinder my loss or help me. I know that 25-30grams of fiber is needed daily and I don't get that, eating musshy veggies takes away the fiber content,so basically I am looking to increase my fiber intake throught fruits,vegs,and whole grains and also looking to take an oat bran supplement for fiber-anybody else out their supplementing fiber because they don;t want to hinder their weight loss from the carbs in fruit-Sorry this is long...Tori
