Anybody scared to go to cooking school since having WLS???

After I graduate I dream of becoming a professional chef and owning my own bed and breakfast, and focus on health gourmet and comfort foods, Anyone else out there that love to cook, and I don't necessarily mean all my foods will be sugar free, but have those options for customers-Any chefs out there that had WLS and did being around all that food bother you-I want to apply to culinary school after next summer...Tori
