How much could you eat at 4 months post-op?

Just wonder about what quanity of food others ate at around this time post-op? I went to Hungry Hunter with another post-op and she was saying I ate way to much I shared a dinner with my 10 year old daughter what I ate was about half of a dinner salad and three prawns, I only took one bite of baked potatoe. Is this to much I didn't feel stuffed or uncomfortable
