Just want to know if I am eating too much 4 1/2 weeks post op

Today I had about 4 and a1/4 oz of homemade turkey breast chili, one power crunch protein bar which is 1.29 oz and one teaspoon of lowfat ricotta cheese with a teaspoon of spaghetti sauce...I am worried that the protein bars that I love to eat are too fattening for me and that it will limit weight loss sometimes I eat one or two a day because i don't always feel like eating a meal but today I had one and ate lunch and the ricotta snack the cals for this bar are 190 w/9 g of fat and 4 grams of saturated fat..Am I doing too much I can a whole protein bar being that it isn't even 2 oz...Tori
